Analysis:

The target audience for this website is teenagers and young adults. This is portrayed by the images, videos and anecdotes on the websites as they are all of teenagers therefore it shows these are the most effected by bulling. The website is all in black white and grey apart from key parts of the website. The connotations of black and grey are depressing and dark which could reflect the serious nature of bulling. It could also be used to show how bulling can leave long term effects on the victims and leave them feeling lonely and depressed. The website however has two bright red and white buttons which stands out. The buttons are for support and help of the charity which is a useful tool on the website. The website also has many video clips and documentaries which makes the website interactive. It allows the audience to gain an insight view into bullying and is a useful feature on the website.

I think this poster is successful as it has a key short message across the middle which is the vocal point of the advert. The key words out of the message are also bold block words which emphasise to the viewer that they are the most important part of the poster and thats the information that the charity want you to remember and take away with you. The colour purple may have been used as it has a meaning of calm and dignity. This could symbolise the fact that bulling should be stopped and that everyone should be peaceful.
Overall i think this poster is successful as the key message is powerful and it communicates the message clearly to the viewer. However the poster does not include any information on where teenagers can go to get help if they are effected by bulling. Therefore in my own poster i am going to include helpline numbers, email addresses and websites where students can go to get support.

I think this poster is successful because the key message is bold across the middle of the page. It is also a well known rhyme therefore the viewer will remember the message as it is familiar. The colour red on the heart may have been used to show the pain and suffering felt by the victim when they have been bullied. Furthermore the colours black and grey may have been used to show how alone the victims could feel which leads to mental side effects such as depression. However the poster does not have any further details of where victims can go for support if they are being affected by bulling therefore i will include these in my poster as it will be more helpful for the audience.
